UkrAVTO Corporation highly appreciates its employees paying special attention to their social protection. At the enterprise the advanced system of social insurance in a pension fund and medical insurance operates, qualitative rest and health improvement of workers and their family members are organized.

A house of culture, a palace of sports, a catering network, and a confectionery shop work for ZAZ employees. Also at the enterprise special pension programs are introduced.

Medical Insurance

One of the important stages of the Corporation’s social policy development has become an introduction of medical insurance on favourable terms carried out by Guarantor-Avto Company at Zaporizhzhya Motor Plant at the expense of the enterprise and each worker.

Health Recovery System

At AvtoZAZ the system of health recovery and rest operates for the employees and members of their families, and the system of interest-free loans for treatment functions.

ZAZ incorporates a medical department, a hospital having 200 bed places, a sanatorium-preventorium, 5 recreation centers and children’s health-improving centers, with 4 of which located on the coast of the Sea of Azov.

Assistance to Veterans

The Corporation’s Management focuses its attention to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War who worked for UkrAVTO, but now retired. The salutatory addresses and moneyed assistance timed to birthdays and national holidays, assistance in solution of urgent social problems remain an integral part of UkrAVTO Corporation’s social policy.
